Kathy is Licensed Broker with a Masters in Business and Finance. She is a Certified Relocation Professional, a designation held by less than 1% of real estate professionals. Kathy comes from a family owned business where all five children were required to get their real estate license before their driver’s license. The motto "A family serving families" has carried throughout Kathy's career and life. Kathy is committed to excellence in her business and treats her clients like family. She has over 25 years of real estate experience and over 15 years of Relocation Experience. She manages relocation for Fortune 500 and 100 clients that include Columbia Energy, NiSource, HGSI, Hydro, and more. Kathy's company roots are dedicated to children. Frank is a third generation broker of a family real estate business. He has worked for 6 years with NAI Fennelly in Princeton N.J. as a Commercial Broker. He completed approximately 125 transactions in the office, industrial and retail sector, producing over $75 million in volume. Frank at the age of 24 went on sabbatical in 2004 in Switzerland, to continue his study of Business and International Relations and travel through Europe. He returned to his VA roots in 2005 to work with Summit Realtors and Summit Relocation Sevices as Operations Director and Realtor. One of Frank's passions is traveling. As a child he lived in Munich, and London and has frequently traveled through the US and both Western and Eastern Europe. Frank has a strong commitment to social responsibility. He has organized numerous 5K races for charities such as Habitat for Humanity, The Parkinson Alliance and the Eden Institute for Autism and served as a Red Cross volunteer at a shelter in Louisiana for families displaced by Hurricanes Katrina and Rita.
